Inspector Comments: "Dish machine sanitizer too weak (approx. 10ppm chlorine). Corrected - sanitizer sink made and service company called. Sanitizer bottle changed - reading 50ppm. Mildew debris build up on plastic shield inside ice machine. Corrected - shield cleaned. Juice bottles improperly stored in ice bin in bar area. Corrected - bottles removed. Top two drawer gaskets on chicken cooler are torn. Cooler gaskets have food debris build up. Heavy dust accumulation on kitchen ceiling."

Small drop cooler [in drive thru](salad bar) not keeping temp of 41f or below. Cooler temping 46-49f throughout. Corrected temp dial adjusted to make cooler temp go down. Incomplete Hep A records.
