Inspector Comments: "This was a complaint inspection. Caller had the spinach salad with chicken between 7:30 p.m. – 8 p.m., on Oct. 1, 2013. Around 1 a.m. she started with severe vomiting and diarrhea that continued all day on Oct. 2, 2013. The manager on duty informed me that no other food borne illness complaints have been received at the store. During my observation I observed employees using hand gloves while handling ready to eat foods. No temperature violations were observed on/at the prep bar station. No violations observed during complaint inspection."
