Restaurant Inspections: Hokkaido, Papa Johns Earn an A

Both eateries pass inspections without many issues.

We've expanded our inspections to surrounding areas, including Creve Coeur, Maryland Heights and Hazelwood.

Comments: Inspector noticed raw chicken at the prep table with a temperature between 45 and 51 degrees and advised manager to keep lid on chicken to  keep it cooler; wet mop not stored properly.
