Comments: No food safety certification found for person in charge, and food protection manager must be present at all times during hours of operation; inspector noticed employees’ hands not washed between tasks, and employee touched ear while wearing gloves; inspector saw bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods; raw meat stored next to ready-to-eat foods; one live roach and several dead roaches and insects found on hood above food, on floor and in containers.
