Restaurant Inspections: Cold Stone Still Needs Follow-up Inspection

Also, one of the Florissant Dairy Queen locations has a small complaint from a customer.

We've expanded our inspections to surrounding areas, including Creve Coeur, Maryland Heights and Hazelwood.

Comments: Customer complained of illness after eating a fish combo with onion rings from Dairy Queen. Manager and owner both heard of the situation and explained to the inspector that fish is delivered frozen and kept frozen until ordered and other ingredients are held to a certain cold temperature. No other incidents were reported on that date.
