This year's North County's Patch Pick 'Em ran along the same lines as the much-hyped college basketball tournament, except it used North County restaurants instead of college basketball squads.

Sixty-four restaurants entered the field when the bracket debuted March 13. Readers picked which restaurants would advance.

Gettemeier’s breezed its way to the championship round.

Congratulations to Gettemeier’s and DeLeo’s Deli and Café  for making it to the finals, and a huge thanks to all of the Patch readers who participated in the event!
