Fresh Italy Has New Owner, New Lunch Menu

has gotten a new owner, and it’s undergoing one major change with its new management. The restaurant is going to have a new lunch menu.

Patricia Heidler, the new owner of Fresh Italy, said she plans to offer a lunch menu with many of the same recipes and offerings and new sandwiches.

Heidler, who took over the restaurant at the end of June, said that she hopes to have the menu up and running in a few weeks.

In the meantime, she assures patrons that no other changes will occur to the recipes or the hours.

Fresh Italy is located at 119 Florissant Oaks Shopping Center, and its hours of operation are Tuesday-Thursday, 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.; Friday, Saturday, 11 a.m. - 10 p.m.; Sunday, 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.
