Florissant's Crest Bowl Has a New Owner

Gary Shenberg has plans to update the lanes as well as bring in a new food option.

The in Florissant has a new owner that has some nice plans for the bowling alley.

St. Charles resident Gary Shenberg, who also owns Kingpin Lanes, will be updating the lanes and equipment as well as Brickhouse Pizza Company, which he also owns.

“We’re excited to be operating the well-known Crest Bowling Lanes,” Shenberg said in a press release. “Crest has built its reputation on customer service and satisfaction, and we plan to continue to offer an enjoyable and entertaining bowling experience to people in Florissant and throughout North County.”

Shenberg, who formerly owned in Florissant, opened Brickhouse Pizza Company, which has pizzas that are prepared on dough that is made fresh daily and cooked in a special stone deck oven.

He said upgrades of the lanes will start in the next couple of weeks, and the pizza company will come in the next few months.

Customers will still be able to bowl and enjoy the atmosphere while the upgrades are made.
