Comments: Proof of enrollment for person in charge shown; sanitizer dispenser needs to be tested regularly; monitoring fruit flies on as-needed basis needed; caulking near hood filters should be repaired by next inspection.

 

Gettemeier’s Bar

Date of Inspection: June 23

Type of Inspection: Routine

Risk Factor: 3

Grade: 97-A

Comments: Bar floor needs repair; hood filter had buildup of black debris; cooler in kitchen needs new gaskets; no thermometer visible in cooler and refrigerator; chlorine concentration originally made too strong but was corrected; soap and paper towels at bar sink need to be made more easily accessible.

 

Kentucky Fried Chicken

Date of Inspection: June 23

Type of Inspection: Routine

Risk Factor: 2

Grade: 97-A

Comments: Floor grout throughout kitchen in need of repair; no thermometer located on any coolers; cutting board in kitchen found scratched and discolored; walk-in cooler gasket needs repair; door latch on walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer has a missing part to secure door; sanitizer from dispenser too strong and was diluted until chemical service could come out.

 

Longhorn Steakhouse

Date of Inspection: July 5

Type of Inspection: Follow-up

Risk Factor: 3

Grade: 98-A

Comments: Faucets loose and should be corrected by next inspection; caulking in dish room and cutting boards need to be repaired or replaced by next inspection; cooler repaired; door sweep on kitchen door replaced.
