Ashley Furniture Plans to Open Its Doors Nov. 5

The furniture store will mark the opening of the first furniture store in North County in more than a decade.

Amongst some of the anticipated stores coming to Florissant next month, Ashley Furniture Homestore has announced it will be opening its store on Lindbergh Nov. 5.

This will be the first new furniture store in 12 years and the sixth store in the St. Louis area, according to a press release. Ashley along with the other five stores in the plaza will add 150 full and part-time jobs to Florissant.

“We’re excited to open our Ashley Furniture HomeStore for our Florissant Valley and North County area customers,” said Steve Phillips, president and CEO of Phillips Furniture, which owns Ashley Furniture HomeStore/St. Louis. “This store, like all of our stores, will operate under our core values of Integrity Above All Else, Honesty in All We Do, and Service to Others First.”
