A Closer Look at Florissant Office Spaces

In recent months, Florissant Patch has examined our community in the context of business.

One of the angles we decided to explore was the lack of high-rise towers in the North County, more specifically, Florissant area.

More commonly known for its retail and restaurant offerings, Florissant has deep business roots along with an active . Therefore, it seemed peculiar that we wouldn’t have more business towers or offices in our community.

For the past couple of months, we’ve called, researched and interviewed officials and experts in real estate regarding Florissant as a business hub, and we’re presenting a three-part series that we’ve titled, “Florissant Office Spaces.”

In the series, we’ll explore the necessary conditions for such office buildings, the businesses needed for such areas as well as the commute that residents have to deal with on a daily basis.
