Missouri Department of Transportation will host a public meeting Tuesday at St. Louis Community College-Florissant Valley to discuss the environmental assessment phase in studying the highway. This assessment will allow the department to identify proposed improvements and look at the social and environmental impacts to the roadway and its surrounding area.
MoDOT in partnership with the Federal Highway Administration will conduct the study, which will look at the westbound Interstate 70 interchange and the eastbound Chain of Rocks Bridge.
