More About MVP Fitness
MVP Fitness is on the second floor of the Lindbergh Center, between Old and New Halls Ferry. It offers personal training at $25 per session and boot camp at $75 a month. Kettleball boot camp on Saturday mornings is especially popular, at the affordable rate of $5. The entrance to the gym is around the back of the building. MVP Fitness also offers sports specific training and youth training.
