On Sunday October 14th, Florissant will once again have their Fall Festival. For the second year in the row, the police department will be partnering up with the MOCHIP program to provide Child ID kits to parents. The kits include information about the child, photos, fingerprints, dental impressions, and DNA. The parents then keep the kits in case their child goes missing. The Masons group runs the MOCHIP program, but they need volunteers to assist them with running the event.
If anyone is interested in assisting for a few hours with this event, please contact the Florissant Community and Media Relations Officer (see below) or the Neighborhood Watch Group manager.

More About Florissant City Hall
As one of several centerpieces in Historic Old Town, Florissant City Hall hosts a number of offices, including the office of the mayor and the city clerk. The building also acts as a meeting place for bi-monthly city council meetings, planning and zoning meetings as well as historic landmark commission meetings.
