Funny thing how Romney's conversation with his like-minded friends brings out how he really feels about people. Some have said this would be a good time for him to pivot. But no, he decides to double down and claim his statements were't the most eloquent in that type of setting."Off the cuff" he called it.
And so he double downs and tell 47 percent of the people that they are moochers since they aren't going to vote for him anyway.
I hope that this is the end of his campaign. I hope that this is the end of tea party hate. I hope that this is the end of Congressional gridlock. I hope that this is the end of Citizens United.
Mitt's Romney's speech at the Florida fundraiser has been the first time he's been honest during his campaign. Peggy Noonan called it incompetance. I say that he finally told 47 percent of the Americans people how he truly loathes them. Mitt Romney did this, not his campaign. He told us a long time ago that he wasn't concerned about the poor, we just didn't understand what he meant.
So, the people who are not paying income taxes, the 47 percent, are not going to vote for him. These moochers are looking for freebies. Romney's comment was stupid and arrogant. Romney insulted his voter base. The Obama haters may not be voting for Mitt Romney after this.
On the Letterman Show, President Obama got it right. As President, you have to represent all of the people. In 2008, 47 percent of the people didn't vote for President Obama, but he made it clear that he would represent.

To Mitt Romney, see, your human worth is directly proportional to the size of your bank account—regardless of where that account is located. Boston, Manhattan, Bermuda, Switzerland, the Cayman Islands; Mitt’s easy like that. It’s why he feels so comfortable running around the country ignoring peasants and begging wealthy people for cash to finance his ambitions.
Responding to a question about how he planned to win in November, Romney momentarily lost confidence.
“I had the most absurd nightmare,” he admitted. “I was poor and no one liked me. I lost my job, I lost my house, Penelope hated me and it was all because of this terrible, awful Negro.”
Oops! My bad. That was actually Louis Winthorpe III, the stuffed shirt with a trust fund played by Dan Ackroyd in the comedy “Trading Places.” The terrible Negro was Eddie Murphy, not Barack Obama.

After listening to a McCain political adviser today, it became evident why the 1% feel that half of us not paying taxes are just taking advantage of those that do. The Great Recession is no longer affected them. Their greatest loss was investments in the stock market and currently stocks have double since then. So, they think that since everything is back to normal, the biggest problem is the National debt. This is the same thing that occurred in 1930's. The Republicans convinced FDR to cut back on the New Deal. As a result, it took 10 years for the economy to recover.
I hope we have learned from history, that government stimulation takes more the four years. The "Newer Deal" is building new infrastructure, new energy research, new forms of education, new foreign policy in the middle-east, and new campaign disclosure laws.

Sonny, I hope so too. We'll give the President the help he needs so that he can implement some of his legislation. Too bad he ran into a brick wall these past 2 years.

What was the problem the first two years?
