- Whiz Kid's School/Church/Community Center: Barrington Elementary School
- Whiz Kid's Accomplishment: After being inspired by the TV show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Brooke started a campaign to warn others of the danger of texting while driving.
- Whiz Kid's Key to Awesomeness: Brooke took the initiative and made the commitment to help others stop texting and driving. She’s created a pledge form for the Remember Alex Brown campaign, who was the family’s daughter who died in a car crash involving texting and driving. She’s set a goal to have 500 people commit to the campaign, and so far she’s received 107. “I don’t want anyone else to suffer,” Brooke said in a press release. “I’m trying to get as many people as I can to sign this.”
