Reader's Choice: Where Are the Best Wings Around?

In this week's weigh-off 'Patch' wants to know where to find the best wings in Florissant, Hazelwood and Maryland Heights.

Formerly "Dining Debate," welcome to "Reader's Choice," a column aimed at sharing the best finds in our area: Florissant, Hazelwood and Maryland Heights.

This weekly feature invites you to nominate and vote on your favorite places for a variety of eats and treats, services, recreation, shopping and a host of other things.

How does it work?

You may be used to the two day voting period Dining Debate had, but Patch is now offering more time to get even more reader feedback.

Now, on Monday, we will ask you to tell us your favorite place for a certain topic.

This week we're looking for good chicken wings. Do you know a place that has a good wing special? What about a wing spot with the best special sauce? Well nominate them. .

You can let us know your favorite spot by commenting below. You will be able to submit your vote through Friday, April 20 at 5 p.m.

Then what?

We will post your nominations in an article Monday, April 23 in the morning. Then it will be time to vote again—this time for the "Reader's Choice" champion.

Voting will continue through Thursday, April 26 at 5 p.m. We will announce the winner first thing Friday, April 27 in the morning.

If you are really pulling for a certain location, share this column on Facebook and Twitter and ask your followers to vote.

This column is all about hearing from you!

So, without further ado, lets get the voting started. Patch readers, tell us by commenting below, where is the BEST place to get some wings in Hazelwood, Florissant, or Maryland Heights?

Well it used to be Kenrod's and then when they closed it was Culpeppers. Now since Culpeppers is closed I'd have to go with Wingstop.

I remember Kenrod's they did have good wings. Culpeppers did also. I attended Mingle at the Mills last fall and Cugino's was a part of the wing competition. They had some really good wings also.

California Grill in Hazelwood has pretty good wings and China Peace's hot braised chicken wings are also very good.
