Every time I've been there it has cost a lot more than I expected and I've ended up with more problems than when I took it in (also expensive - not minor). One case in particular I believe it was damage that they had done, but they wouldn't admit to that - another service mechanic told me it was more than likely the place I took it caused the damage. Try buying a retread (that comes with no warranty) and it may hold air for 3 days...if you're lucky!! Try using their shuttle service - I walked a good mile in the cold and snow because their driver didn't want to drive in it. The other time I needed it, the guy had gone home already. Great service. Won't go back to Dobbs EVER!!
