True Value is our first stop for all our hardware needs. Well organized and THE most helpful/friendly staff!!! With 2 locations in Florissant....what a blessing!

How about a five star 'PLUS' rating!!!! No one comes near Handyman Hardware customer service. The Otto family have always been civic minded and give back more than most will ever know. We are lucky to have two of their three stores in our great city...

It's great to be on a first name basis with half the store. No way you get the same level of one-on-one, neighborly assistance at the bog box places. Nothing personal against 'em, but they don't hold a candle to Handyman!

Always my first stop - it's a local business and it's inventory fits the Florissant home. Healthy flowers in the spring and in an emergency, they have what you need to fix your problem.

This is the BEST store. You can actually get what you need and get the advice on how to fix the problem.

I shop at True Value often because I like them over the big name hardware stores however, True Value could be even better if they offered their employees some diversity training. Not all but many of the employees offend the African American customers.

We've been shopping at Handyman for years and will continue to do so for years to come. You just can't find that kind of customer service in the 'Big Box' stores!

I love True Value. I will go there and pay more than I might pay at a bigger chain just because the service is so great. I really like that I can always walk to the back of the store to the service counter and ask questions if I need help--which I almost always do. :)
