It's not that I've had a bad experience, but that it looks like a hot mess. Too many personal things on the walls. (Pictures, cartoons, quotes, etc)

The personal touches could be the only thing keeping the staff there sane. I don't fault them on that.

The management and employees at the Florissant License Center have been very polite. Also, the lines move pretty fast.... that is if I haven't waited till the last few days in the month to get my business taken care of. Even then, customer service is always better than others I have used.

I've always had a nice experience at the Florissant License Center. Everyone is very helpful and if you go at the right time it's really qucik. One time I accidentally forgot to renew my plates and went on the 1st of the month right after it expired. Even then when it's normally packed, which it was, I was in and out of there much faster than anticipated.

I have never had an adverse experience at the Florissant License Center. My son and I both had business to conduct there today. I must say, even in the longest of lines (when I am guilty of procrastinating until the end of the month), workers are always kind, courteous and work rather quickly. I am always impressed at the workers ability to diffuse situations when members of the public become difficult to work with, which in most cases that I have observed, the problem generally appears to be from clientele NOT following the same rules that all of us must abide by.

They are very nice there, and I don't mind going there, but it is VERY junky in there and the people that work there could really dress a bit more professionally. The last time I was there, a lot of the ladies were wearing oversized t-shirts and sweat pants. I asked them if it was casual day and they said no they are allowed to dress that way everyday.
