Poll: What Should Go in the Old Halls Ferry Inn Location?

We want to hear your ideas for what should go in the place of the Old Halls Ferry Inn.

A few months ago, Florissant lost a treasure in Halls Ferry Inn due to a horrible fire.

Now, while the former owner faces a trial, its remnants sit vacant.

What do you want to see come into the city? How would that space be best served?

Thrive or something similar? http://www.thrivestlouis.org/
Something like South Broadway Art Project http://www.southbroadwayartproject.org/
or a pottery studio?
Expanding the music store would be a good possibility if they could support it.
