Police Catch Men Loading Computers Into Car in School Parking Lot
The men had broken in and stolen nine computers from the Mark Twain Student Support Center on Derhake Road early Saturday morning, Florissant Police said.
Florissant Police caught two men stealing nine iMac computers from Mark Twain Student Support Center at 1555 Derhake Road at about 4:21 a.m. Saturday. The center is one of four high schools in the Ferguson-Florissant School District.
Officers were responding to a reported alarm at the school and reported spotting Justin M. Wilson, 18, and Daryl Greer, 20, loading the computers into a vehicle. The two men fled when they saw police, according to a court document. They were caught later.
Wilson, of the 1600 block of Derhake Road in Florissant, and Greer, of the 9700 block of Dennis Drive in North County, each were charged Saturday with second-degree burglary and felony stealing.
Wilson and Greer were being held in St. Louis County jail on Monday. Bail was set at $15,000 each.
