When is the best time to receive flowers? "Just because?" When you're sick? Special occasion?

I'd say anytime. It doesn't have to be a bunch. It could be a stem of that person's favorite flower. They always cheer me up!

@Ashley, If it's the thought that counts, I am sending you them now via telepathy. :) @Candace, don't know a lot about flowers—but I suppose I like tropical flowers.

The "just because" flowers seem to be the "sweetest" flowers; the "hope your feeling better" flowers have been shown to really improve someone's mood; Birthday flowers are fabulous because it makes you feel special and remembered; Anniversary flowers - especially the "special ones" shows that someone really cares and remembered; Congratulations flowers for a New Baby, Graduations, A New Job - all add to the celebration - but that, "Just Because" flowers ... are so unexpected and so sweet! Send some to your Mom this WEEK -- to her work on Friday -- don't wait until Sunday ... do the unexpected!
