St. Charles Police said in report that Patrick White, 40, of Troy, started an argument with the victim and pursued him to his work place at 335 North Main St. White threatened the man with a knife and challenged him to fight, police said.

What gets you in this article. I'm sure happy I'm not but does it have to be something like assault or robbery or could it be something small like a suspended driver's license or a dv call? With DV call someone always has to go to jail.
