Man Grew Marijuana in Florissant Apartment, Police Say
Police said the plants would have yielded about 100 grams of marijuana.
A Florissant man was charged July 18 with growing marijuana.
Florissant Police said they received a tip that Giovonni Jones, 21, of the 100 block of Reeb Lane, was growing marijuana in his apartment. During an April 28, 2011 search, police found several marijuana plants, sunleaf timers, lights and a carbon dioxide generator in the apartment, according to the probable cause statement.
A lab analysis showed the plants would have provided more than 100 grams of marijuana, police said in the report.
Jones was charged with producing marijuana with intent to sell.
Bond was set at $20,000.

The government is a joke. Without these guys, the kids won't be able to get weed. They will just get something else instead. How do the guys in charge not understand this? There's a reason marijuana has existed for so many thousands of years. It produces fruit that can be smoked to provide medicinal benefit.

1st Now florissant is not the hood.2nd there was no tip that I was growing the gorilla style tactics of the undercover florissant dect. and unifom officer timothy swesso led to this.3rd they didn't have anything better to do than force there way into my private residence without a warrant. I am not a drug dealer or a trouble maker.
Legalize marijuana its safer than the alcohol. Thank you
