Hazelwood School District Hosting Parent Engagement Forums on School Safety
If you are concerned about safety in Hazelwood schools, this is your opportunity hear about safety measures, to voice your concerns and have questions answered.
As student safety has moved to the forefront in the past month with several shcool shootings nationwide, and safety incidents within the Hazelwood School District (HSD) will be hosting Parent Engagement Forums on school safety.
The forums will be an opportunity for HSD to share the safety and security revisions, according to the district website, and also allow for parent feedback and input on the safety plans.
All Parent Engagement Forums will be held from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to RSVP. Contact Susie Chochol at (314) 953-5065 or schochol@hazelwoodschools.org.
The dates are as follows:
- Wednesday, Feb. 20 at Hazelwood Central High School library
- Wednesday, Feb. 27 at Hazelwood East High School library
- Wednesday, March 6 at Hazelwood West High School library
