Grace Apostolic Worship Center Celebrates 45 Years in Community
During the three-day celebration, the church will celebrate it's pastor's promotion and co-pastor's birthday, too.
The Grace Apostolic Family Worship Center has a lot to celebrate this week with its 45th anniversary celebration, the 78th birthday of its co-pastor and the promotion of its pastor.
From Sept. 13-16, the church will commemorate serving the St. Louis community for 45 years and will have a number of guests during the three-day festivities.
Thursday, Pastor Tanya Brown from Alton, IL and Bishop Larry Jones will speak, followed by Bishop James A. Johnson on Friday. Saturday, Suffragan Bishop Tommie Harsley and Pastor Joe Middleton will speak. According to the church press release, each speaker has supported the church during its history.
In addition, District Elder A. John McCoy, who also founded the church, will be promoted to Suffragan Bishop in the Pentecostal Assembly of the World. Also, Co-pastor Evangelist Norma J. McCoy will celebrate her 78th birthday on Thursday.
