What a shame. Seriously, can you find something, ANYTHING, else to go complain about?? My bike got stolen 25yrs ago, maybe same people?? Happening everywhere!! Economy, housing market, funds cut, big businesses going down/stealing from clients, gas/cost of living prices, poor parenting & no resources for them, etc ALL PLAY A ROLE at this time. Shame on these people as finding a job sounds easier to me, as well as LOCKING your belongings up!
