Florissant Police Arrest Teen for Suspicious Car Fires
Police apprehend suspect after car fires had been taking place since late April.
Florissant police arrested a teenager for suspicious car fires that started in late April earlier this week.
The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s office issued warrants on Khadeem Ratcliff, 18, Thursday for four counts of knowingly burning or exploding, according to a press release.
The police department has been investigating the suspicious car fires since April 25. Police identified Ratcliff as a suspect and he confessed to detective on June 6.
