The Florissant City Council has a full slate on its agenda Monday, including a final vote on Chipotle as well as the honoring of Florissant police officers who helped with the investigation of a burglary and shooting of a fellow officer.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mayor Tom Schneider and Police Chief William Karabas will present 10 officers with police commendations and the Purple Heart to Officer Mike Vernon, who was shot three times while investigating an area burglary.
