I live in Hazelwood and this is disturbing to me. Something needs to be done to put the fear of God into these criminals otherwise it will keep repeating. Our jails and prisons are not tough enough. They should be put to hard labor work, but unfortunately this would infringe on their civil rights, These prisons are giving these criminals 3 meals a day, a place to sleep, which is probably more than they had before.
