Florissant Man Injured After Striking Tree in Car

Christopher Thornburgh was driving too fast on Stracks Church Road in Warrent County when he failed to negotiate a curve and ran off the right side of the road.

 

A 31-year-old Florissant man was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries he sustained in a car accident on Friday evening.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol website, Christopher Thornburgh was driving too fast on Stracks Church Road in Warrent County when he failed to negotiate a curve and ran off the right side of the road. 

Thornburgh's 2000 Ford Escort then struck a tree. 

A passenger in Thornburgh's car, identified by the highway patrol as Kimberlee Golden, 28, of Wright City, sustained minor injuries.
