Police: Florissant Man Shot Wife in the Leg
Florissant Police said they recovered the weapon used in the Monday afternoon shooting.
A Florissant man is facing criminal charges after police said he shot his wife in the leg.
Curtis Davis, 30, of the 300 block of St. Edward Lane, was charged with first-degree domestic assault and armed criminal action.
Florissant Police spokesman Officer Andy Haarman said the woman was taken to an area hospital where she was treated for a minor injury. Haarman said Davis and his wife had argued, but did not know why he shot her.
Bond for Davis was set at $50,000.
