Florissant Man Charged With Forcible Rape

A Florissant man faces criminal charges after Florissant Police said he beat a woman with a belt, punched and forcibly raped her Saturday.
Terrell Pearson, 37, of the 900 block of Derhake Road in Florissant, was charged Monday with forcible rape and second-degree domestic assault.
Florissant Police said he injured the woman by punching her and hitting her with a belt on the legs, face, back and arms.
Pearson is being held in St. Louis County jail in lieu of a $75,000, cash-only bond.
