Florissant Football Teams Schedules Moved due to Rain From Hurricane Isaac

In anticipation of weekend storms, many high school football games are shuffling around their calendars.

McCluer North and Hazelwood Central will have different football game times than anticipated with heavy rain and storms forecasted this weekend.

The National Weather Service forecasts a more than 50 percent chance of heavy rains throughout the weekend, which means for football fans a few adjustments in the schedule.

Lindbergh High School announced via its Facebook page that due to the rain, their game at McCluer North High School will be moved to 4 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 30. They will still play at McCluer North.

The Hazelwood School District announced on its Facebook page that the Hazelwood Central vs. DeSmet game will begin one hour earlier Saturday at noon. The Hawks will play at DeSmet.
