Florissant City Council Weighs Chipotle, Changes to Historic Business District

The Florissant City Council meeting will be held Monday at 7:30 p.m.

Monday, the Florissant City Council will get to hear the first presentation for a Chipotle Mexican Grill in the city.

The restaurant will have a public hearing as well as its first reading for a bill during the meeting. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the eatery during its meeting earlier this month.

The council will also hear a proposed amendment to permitted and special uses for the Historic Business district, which the Planning and Zoning commission approved at its Aug. 6 meeting after months of work..

For a full City Council agenda, check out the city website.

The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Florissant City Hall.

I don't know about Chipotle but it is a shame to have to drive to St. Charles / St. Peters all the time for a selection of nice clean places to eat.

That's what should be on St. Francois! Pirrone's! Gotta find a way to convince the guy to move here!
