The Florissant City Council will meet Feb. 22 in City Hall for its first work session of 2012.
The Council and administration will discuss the West Lake Landfill resolution, occupancy enforcement and liquor regulations, according to the agenda posted Tuesday.

The meeting will start at 6:30 p.m.
