A building maintenance man found Bernice Winston, 60, dead in her apartment Thursday morning. She was found stabbed multiple times, according to the report.
Police have arrested Winston’s niece who was found sitting in the apartment.
Police hope to file charges against her Thursday, according to the news report. It’s also the first homicide in Ferguson this year.
