What is false about it? Is he at a different hospital? Was he not drunk? If he wasn't drunk, the blood alcohol levels will show that. But what happens if he was drunk? I'm assuming you're family, so you want to take his side, but what happens if you do find out he was drunk? Does it make it OK because he's your brother, son, uncle, or whatever?
