What graces the fridge of Beth Thompson, the owner of Cose Docli Bakery in Ferguson?
"Right now my fridge has roasted vegetables, assorted cheeses, fruit, yogurt and wine," she said.
That's according to a recent interview with Feast Magazine, where Thompson also talked about the restaurant's best sellers, ability to experiment and future plans.

Cose Dolci Bakery, located at 425 S. Florissant Rd. in Ferguson, means "sweet things" in Italian, is a boutique bakery specializing in desserts made the old-fashioned way using only the best natural ingredients.
The shop offers sweets such as cookies, cakes and cupcakes, pies and specialty items.
