Black Jack Man Caught on Camera, Charged With Felony Arson
The man attempted to set his ex-girlfriend's house on fire when surveillance cameras showed him on the property, according to St. Louis County police.
St. Louis County police arrested a Black Jack man who was caught on camera setting his ex-girlfriend’s home on fire, according to a St. Louis Post-Dispatch article.
Harvey Jones faces charges of a felony count of arson as well as misdemeanor counts of violating a protection order and property damage.
According to the article, Jones attempted to set his ex-girlfriend’s house in the 2100 block of Thunderbird near Florissant, but her surveillance cameras caught him on the property as the fire started.
No one was injured in the fire, only the home.
