Area 13 Annexation will be on Florissant's April Ballot

After two years of ups and downs, Area 13 could be on its way to being a part of Florissant.

After two years of going through motions, residents will finally decide whether Area 13 will become a part of the City of Florissant.

In April, voters will head to the polls to decide councilmen or women for Wards 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 and whether to annex Area 13. Old Halls Ferry Road, Lindbergh Boulevard and Coldwater Creek sit as the boundaries for the area.
