2012 Valley of Flowers Award Winners

Several parade units and contest winners were announced Sunday.

 

While several turned out for the crowning of the 2012 Valley of Flowers Queen Sunday, others turned out to hear the award winners for several other contests. 

A number of awards were handed out during the ceremony, and here's a rundown of winners as well as second and third place recipients.

Had a great time at the parade, it was a long and hot day but so worth seeing everyone coming out for it. A great event every year that just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Kudos to the event planners, I know it is a huge job.
