These poor men are having Christianity forced on them by the courts in St. Louis. Completely illegal, due to Federal Law. The SA having ANYTHING to do with the government violates the Establishment Clause of the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution and the Lemon Law (see Lemon vs. Kurtzman, 1974)

I have the utmost respect for the Salvation Army....I see first hand the wonderful help and support and guidance that they give to the less fortunate among us out here in O'Fallon, Missouri...I know that they have a long history of making the difference in the lives of men, women and children. Thank God for the Salvation Army.

NO ONE is forcing Christianity on anyone. Becoming a Christian is an individual and personal choice. There are a number of Rehab opportunities out there and court doesn't need to mandate which ones an offender should attend. The Salvation Army is a Christian based ministy and makes efforts to hide that fact.

1st amendment of constitution says:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances".

Note! It states "CONGRESS". Not states Not local governments Not cities, Not schools, not any "INDIVIDUALS or ASSOCIATIONS" Not Judges, Not courts.

Can it be any clearer that this whole country is stuck on stupid.
There is No separation of church state anywhere in the constitution.
Only a Barring of "CONGRESS" laws. That's it folks plain and simple.
