Rolwes Company, a member of the Greater North County Chamber of Commerce, recently held a ribbon cutting at its newest development in Florissant--Park Side Estates.

Park Side Estates, a private enclave with only 18 home sites, offers seven open floor plans, which include features such as main floor laundries, spacious kitchens with center islands, master suites with walk-in closets. Park Side is located off Charbonier Road, behind Shop 'n Save and across the street from Koch Park.

Attending the ribbon cutting ceremony on Sept. 29 were Greg Rolwes, a third-generation builder whose family once lived on the site; Florissant Mayor Tom Schneider and Chamber members.
